About Add One Thing

Tell it what you're about to eat. It tells you one thing to add so the meal actually fills you up. Instant noodles? Crack an egg in. Toast? Peanut butter. A salad? Add chickpeas. One addition, chosen for what you already have and where you are. HOW IT WORKS • Type the meal. Common foods answer instantly, even offline. • Get a plain-English read on what's missing and up to three things to add, sorted by effort. • Tap Add. That's it. There is no logging, no diary, no daily total. IT KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE At home, at work, out, or nowhere near a kitchen. The same meal gets different answers in each. The airport version of "instant noodles" never asks you to cook. IT LEARNS WHAT YOU KEEP IN Tell it the staples you usually have. Suggestions start with those. Say "not for me" to anything you dislike and it never comes back. ALLERGENS ARE ABSOLUTE Set your allergens once. Nothing containing them is ever suggested. Ever. APPETITE MODE For days when eating feels like work, one well-chosen addition is enough. It says so and stops. WHAT IT WILL NEVER DO No calories. No macros. No weights. No goals. No streak to break. It only ever adds. ADD ONE THING PLUS • Save the combinations that worked and repeat them in one tap • Build your kitchen so suggestions fit what you actually have Monthly or annual. The annual plan includes a free trial. Food ideas, not medical or dietetic advice. Terms of Use: https://dmvaceapp.com/addonething/terms/ Privacy Policy: https://dmvaceapp.com/addonething/privacy/

What’s new

Version 1.0.2 · Updated September 15, 2026

• Fixed: on a first run, the Plus sheet could open underneath the system notification prompt. It now waits until you have answered. Nothing else changed. Common foods still answer instantly and offline.
