Arveli is a private period and symptom tracker. Keep cycle, pregnancy, menopause and medication records together in an encrypted journal on your device; core tracking needs no account. MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR DAY • Start a quick Daily Log with mood and sleep, then add details without losing your draft. • Record periods, flow, spotting, symptoms, medication schedules and doses, contraception, optional LH results, pregnancy appointments and measurements, menopause changes, and conditions you report. • Request official DailyMed medication labels after a privacy notice; Arveli displays the source rather than generating a summary. • Keep discharge, sexual activity, menstrual products and optional private notes in your Daily Log. • Review a free seven-day recap of saved Daily Logs, mood and sleep coverage. Days without records remain unknown; there are no streaks or logging targets. • Browse your history in Calendar and connect selected Apple Health categories with permission and import controls. Summaries describe entries; they do not establish cause. • Arveli Plus adds Ask Your History: on-device questions about recorded facts, weekly and monthly reviews, and before/after views. Questions are not saved as a transcript. • Record LH test results for free. With Arveli Plus and sufficient eligible cycle history, view a calendar-based estimated fertile window. Neither an LH entry nor an estimate confirms ovulation or guides contraception. • Read source-cited articles in the offline Health Library, including an optional rotating article on Today. Preview the exact content before sharing; journal records are never attached automatically. Saved guides and kits remain available if Plus ends. • Find reviewed organizations, official directories and appointment-preparation resources in Care. A privacy notice appears before an external site opens. • Create a clinician report from the sections and date range you choose, then preview it before sharing. Reports exclude Care searches and predictions; private notes are included only if you choose. PRIVACY, YOUR WAY Use core features offline. Customize Today, choose an app language, manage local reminders, and control supported Home Screen widgets and paired Apple Watch displays. Add App Lock with device authentication. Export, create an encrypted backup, restore or delete records in Settings. Core tracking, reports, privacy controls and data ownership tools stay free. ARVELI PLUS Plus adds richer widgets and Apple Watch presentation. Your records stay accessible if your subscription ends. SUBSCRIPTIONS Monthly and Annual auto-renewing subscriptions have the same features. Payment is charged to your App Store account; cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends in account settings.
