About HiNeighbour

Say hi to your neighbours. HiNeighbour is the community app for your neighbourhood. Every member is a verified resident, so you always know you are talking to a real neighbour. Your whole community is one tap from Home: People, Meetups, Buy, Sell & Rent, Groups, Carpool, Find Help and Eat & Shop. THE BUZZ Questions, offers, requests, skill swaps, polls and photos - the neighbourhood's own feed, with instant notifications when someone replies or likes. GROUPS Start a group for your street, your sport, your pets or your kids' school. Posts and meetups stay inside the group - only members see them. MEETUPS Host or join community meetups - yoga mornings, book clubs, padel, coffee catch-ups. RSVP in one tap, share the meetup with a link, and get a reminder the evening before. BUY, SELL & RENT A free marketplace for neighbours: furniture, appliances, bikes and kids' gear - to sell, or to rent out by the hour, day or week - with in-app chat to arrange the handover. CARPOOL Share school runs and commutes with residents going your way. FIND HELP, EAT & SHOP Cleaners, tutors, handymen and home services recommended by neighbours who have actually used them - plus your area's restaurants, cafes and shops with their offers and menus. MESSAGES Chat privately with any neighbour. Blocking and reporting are built in, and community guidelines are enforced by a resident admin team. EMERGENCY NUMBERS Police, ambulance, fire and your community's nearest clinics and pharmacies - one tap away, even with no signal. Free for residents. No ads. HiNeighbour is an independent, resident-run community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any property developer or community management company. Questions? What’s new

Version 1.0.18 (51) · Updated October 12, 2026

Groups are here. Start a group for your street, your sport or your pets, invite neighbours, and keep posts and meetups inside it. Groups are private - only members see what is shared. Rent your item. Buy, Sell & Rent now takes items for rent by the hour, day, weekend or week. Find things faster. Home has a quick-access grid - People, Meetups, Buy, Sell & Rent, Groups, Carpool, Find Help, Eat & Shop - and a search button. Explore is now Browse, in the same order and colours. Smaller things you will notice: Forms tell you what is still needed when the button is grey, and take you to the missing field Host a meetup has a separate Where field and clear required marks Photos are sharper on high-resolution phones Chats open on the newest message The cluster list scrolls, so every cluster is easy to pick Business accounts see only the sections they can use Fixes: the app no longer freezes after allowing the camera; your checklist updates as soon as you are verified; the feed refreshes when you come back; the last card on every screen clears the system bar.
