A GOAL AND A REMINDER Set a target weight and follow your progress. A daily reminder skips the days you have already weighed yourself. ANALYSIS REPORT Put your measurement on a single page and share or print it — the same kind of sheet as a body analysis at the gym. APPLE HEALTH Send your weight, body fat, BMI and lean mass to the Health app. The app only writes there and never reads anything from it. SACOMA PLUS Want more from your measurements? With Sacoma Plus you get a health coach that writes a short piece about your measurements every week and every month and answers your questions (written by AI, no medical advice), weekly and monthly insights, fat and muscle per body part over time, the monthly report and sixteen medals for your milestones. Everything the app already does stays free. New in Plus: your Health Score from body, movement and sleep (with Apple Health or Health Connect), a weekly report from the coach every Monday, and a coach who knows what your week looked like. Sacoma Plus costs €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year, is charged to your App Store account and renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time in your account settings. IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Polish. YOUR DATA Your measurements live in your own account, on servers inside the European Union. You can export them and close your account in the app — then everything is gone. We never use your data for advertising and never share it. The measurements are intended for wellness and fitness.
