EXPORT CHECKS Use secure blackout for sensitive text: selected pixels are replaced in the new copy. Blur and pixelation are not substitutes for secure blackout. PDF output is rebuilt as image-based pages; your original is not overwritten automatically. The created file is reopened to check readability and specific metadata fields. PDF checks also cover page count and the absence of selectable source text. These checks do not rescan masked areas with OCR or guarantee that all private information is hidden.
