Ortix Milebook

Ortix Milebook is bookkeeping built for owner-operator truckers. It keeps your loads, your paperwork, and your money in one place — and works out what a mile has to earn before a load is worth running. Most owner-operators find out a load lost money after it's delivered. Milebook tells you before you book it. KNOW YOUR REAL COST PER MILE Milebook uses your actual fuel, repairs, insurance, and truck payment — not an industry average — to show your break-even and profit per mile on every load. See whether a rate is worth taking before you say yes. ADD A LOAD BY SCANNING THE RATE CONFIRMATION Point your camera at the rate con and Milebook reads the lane, the miles, and the rate off the page. Scanning happens entirely on your iPhone, so it works at a truck stop with one bar and costs nothing per scan. INVOICE WITH THE PACKET ALREADY BUILT Bill brokers and factors straight from your phone. The invoice, rate confirmation, BOL, and POD go out as one clean PDF — so you get paid faster and chase less. EVERY LOAD, BOOKED TO PAID Track each job from booked to rolling to delivered to paid. See what you're owed, what's aging, and what's still sitting on a broker's desk. EXPENSES THAT FILE THEMSELVES Snap a receipt for fuel, repairs, tolls, or scales and Milebook files it into the right category. That's what makes your cost per mile real. NEVER BE SURPRISED BY AN EXPIRY Milebook warns you before your medical card, CDL, plates, inspection, and IFTA come due — with a last call a week out — so a lapsed credential never puts your truck out of service. ROADSIDE, IN ONE SCREEN Everything an officer asks for, ready to hand over: registration, inspection, medical card, and insurance together in one place. BUILT PRIVATE, ON PURPOSE Your books stay on your iPhone and sync through your own private iCloud. Ortix runs no server for this app, keeps no copy of your data, and cannot see it. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Add a Face ID or passcode lock in Settings. WHO IT'S FOR Owner-operators and small carriers — running your own authority or leased on — who want to know their numbers without a bookkeeper or a spreadsheet.
