About FlightDesk: PPL Quiz & Logbook

Practise with free PPL quizzes after registration, keep your flights and hours in the Pilot Logbook and prepare VFR navigation. GPS tracking also records your flight path and detected times. PPL QUIZZES AND STUDY Practise for free after registration with the available question banks and subjects. Choose practice sessions, take mock exams, review answers and available explanations, and follow your progress. PILOT LOGBOOK — YOUR FLIGHTS AND HOURS Keep a digital pilot logbook with aircraft, airports, times and activities. Review PIC and DUAL hours, totals, takeoffs, landings, statistics and recency. Import your history in supported formats, add attachments and export your flight records as a PDF. GPS FLIGHT RECORDING — THE ROUTE YOU FLEW Start recording in the app to keep your track, recorded altitude, speed and times. Review the flight in your archive and prepare a Pilot Logbook entry using the available data. Check the aircraft, your role and the times before saving: a GPS track and a logbook entry serve different purposes. FLIGHT LOG — YOUR VFR NAVIGATION PLAN Before departure, build your route with legs and reporting points. Organise distances, altitudes, times, fuel and COM/NAV references. View the map, generate a Flight Log PDF and import or export FPL routes. Continue with weight and balance and preparation of the ICAO flight plan details. WEIGHT, BALANCE AND FUEL Use the aircraft profiles available in your account to organise the pilot, passengers, baggage and fuel. Review weight, centre of gravity and the envelope, compare expected consumption, reserves and refuelling stops, and keep your planning summary. WEATHER AND VFR PREPARATION Access aviation weather, METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, airports and preparation tools. Complete your briefing with the risk assessment questionnaire. SHARE YOUR FLYING EXPERIENCE Use Pilot Page to choose which profile details and visited airports to show. Share your experiences in Pilot Stories with photos, videos and attachments, choosing who can see them. Available on iPhone and iPad. Interface in English and Italian. A FlightDesk account is required for personal features. Tracking requires location permissions; data accuracy and availability depend on the device and reception conditions. These tools support preparation and do not replace official sources, the aircraft flight manual or pilot judgement.
