About Adapt & Triumph

Adapt & Triumph was built by an amputee, for anyone rebuilding their strength — people with limb loss, other disabilities, and anyone who needs to train around their body instead of fighting it. This app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Most fitness apps assume a standard body. Tell this one about yours, and the whole app changes. TRAINING THAT ADAPTS TO YOUR BODY • Answer a few questions when you start — limb loss, how you move, what equipment you own — and every exercise is sorted and badged for your body. • 204 exercises, including residual-limb strength, seated and wheelchair work, balance and stability, and standard training. • 44 ready-made programs that tell you honestly how well they fit you, and why, including which moves you would want to swap. • General movement considerations based on what you have told us, with gentler alternatives offered alongside. Nothing is ever hidden from you. STRETCHING AND MOBILITY • 62 stretches and mobility movements, including residual-limb care. • 14 ready-made routines, plus warm-ups and cool-downs built from whatever your session is about to train. WORKOUTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY START • Tap any exercise and start it now, or stack a few into a quick workout. • Guided sessions log one set at a time, with a rest timer between sets and your last session's weights already filled in. • Effort is measured by feel (RPE), never by pace — the honest way to train when standard benchmarks do not apply to your body. • Flag pain on any movement with one tap. It never blocks you; it just gets noted, so patterns show up before injuries do. • A quick log for sets you did outside a workout, so nothing goes uncounted. PROGRESS THAT REWARDS SHOWING UP • Earn XP for sessions, logging and health checks — never for weight lifted or speed, so a seated user levels exactly like anyone else. • Levels, challenges, streaks and personal records in one place. • Come back after time away and you are welcomed, not scolded. Your level never goes down. NUTRITION WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK • Calorie and macro targets built from your body, including an approach made specifically for limb loss. • Declared a food allergy or a diet? Recipes are filtered for it automatically. • Diabetes adjusts your macros and flags high-carb meals. • 463 recipes across many cuisines, plus fast food logging. • What's in my kitchen — tell it what you have, and it finds what you can cook tonight and builds a shopping list for the rest. A HEALTH HUB BUILT FOR THIS • Limb and skin checks, pain log, medications and appointments in one place. • An Emergency Card with the essentials for first responders. • Appointment-ready summaries you can hand to your care team. • A readiness check that eases today's targets on a rough day, instead of letting you fail a plan written for a better one. YOUR PRIVACY, BY DESIGN • Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking. • Built-in backup and restore, so your data is yours to keep and move. Free for 14 days — the whole app, no card needed. After that, keep everything for $4.99/month, $24.99 every 6 months, $39.99/year, or a one-time $200 lifetime unlock. Prices shown in the app come from the App Store in your own currency. Not medical advice. Always check with your care team before starting a new exercise or nutrition program. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings. The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. What’s new

Version 1.5.0 · Updated October 22, 2026

A big update. Here's what's new since the last App Store version. SPORTS • A new Sports tab. Pick the sports you play from more than 70, from basketball and soccer to wheelchair rugby, goalball and boccia, and each one gets its own page with drills, practices, games and your season. TRAIN WITH YOUR PEOPLE • Triumph: start a private team with friends, family or your gym, joined only with your invite code. • Team goals, weekly titles, cheers, a team feed, Team vs Team and training tournaments. • Your Health Hub, weight and measurements are never shared with your team or coach, and your food stays private unless you turn sharing on. COACHING • Enter your coach's code and their plans show up under From your coach. They see the sessions you finish, never your Health Hub, weight or food log unless you choose to share. • Coaches get a roster, sports teams with practices and games, a playbook and game tournaments. YOUR WEEK IN ONE PLACE • A Calendar tab with your workouts, team sessions and your coach's plans. IPAD • Adapt & Triumph now runs on iPad, in portrait, landscape and Split View. EASIER TO USE • Spoken cues: the workout player and Cook mode can say each move, rest or step out loud. • Voice "next" (on supported devices, in English): say "next" instead of tapping. It listens on your device only, and only while it's on. • The screen stays awake during a workout and in Cook mode. • Better at the largest text sizes, with clearer contrast. ALSO NEW • Barcode scanning in Nutrition. • An appointment summary you can share with your care team. • Burn injury, skin grafts or scars is now a profile option, with a heat check before workouts and optional skin, sun and pool reminders. • A searchable Sources library. • Access codes: if a gym, clinic, veterans' group or employer provides the app, enter their code on the Upgrade screen. • Lots of fixes and small improvements.
