Balkan eSIM: Serbia & Albania

Balkan eSIM is prepaid mobile data for a trip through the former Yugoslavia and its neighbors, without a daily international pass from your US carrier. Your US number stays on your physical SIM, so calls, texts and bank codes still reach you. WHERE IT WORKS The regional Balkans plan covers Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia, Croatia, Greece and Bulgaria. Heading to Sarajevo, Mostar or Pristina? Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo each have a country plan in the app, because the regional plan does not include them. Single-country plans exist for every country listed. PLANS Fixed-data plans, daily plans and, for single countries such as Serbia, Albania and Montenegro, unlimited plans (reduced speed after the daily high-speed allowance; not offered for Kosovo). Europe plans are there if you continue to Italy or Austria. Top up in the app when you run low. SETUP 1. Pick a plan and pay with Apple Pay or card. 2. Install the eSIM in the app or with the QR code while you have Wi-Fi. 3. On arrival, turn on data roaming for the eSIM line. Each plan tells you whether it starts at installation or at your first connection there. FOR FAMILY VISITS AND ROAD TRIPS Serbian, Bosnian, Albanian and Macedonian families visiting relatives, and travelers linking Belgrade, Kotor and Tirana, use one app for every leg. Requires an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked iPhone. Usage history in the app. Full refund for a plan that was never installed. Support: in-app chat, WhatsApp, [email protected].
