About DailyPushup: Push-up Counter
Put your phone on the floor and tap the big button with your nose on every rep. Both hands stay planted while the count builds itself. DailyPushup is a five-minute daily push-up habit built around one move, the nose tap. No workout plans, no coaching videos, just a counter that stays out of your way mid-set. INSIDE THE APP - Nose-tap counting: a large on-screen button, with a tick sound and haptic feedback on every rep - Daily goal with a progress ring and a short celebration when you reach it - Streaks: how many days in a row you hit your goal - History calendar: a monthly heatmap of the days you trained, with a day-by-day rep list - Pace Mode: a metronome counts for you at 2 to 5 seconds per rep, with a countdown to start and pause and resume mid-set - Daily reminder: one notification a day at the time you pick, 8 PM by default. Turn it on in first-launch setup or anytime in Settings. The permission prompt appears only after you choose the reminder, never on its own at launch - English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, following your phone's language FREE, WITH ONE BANNER DailyPushup is free to use. A single small banner ad sits at the bottom of the History screen. The counting screen and Pace Mode never show an ad, so your nose never lands on one. Where the law requires it (the EEA and UK), a consent form asks for your ad choice before any ad loads, and Settings gets an Ad privacy options row so you can change it later. On iPhone, the system tracking prompt appears only after that step allows it. Say no to either and the whole app still works. YOUR REPS STAY YOURS - No sign-up and no account - Your reps, goal and streak are saved on your device, and we run no server that receives them - Ad-related requests are the only network traffic the app makes on its own, and they are handled under the ad provider's privacy policy WHO IT SUITS Anyone who wants a quick push-up habit without opening a full workout app. Drop the phone, tap, count. Version 1.1.0 · Updated October 6, 2026
DailyPushup 1.1.0 - DailyPushup now speaks Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, following your phone's language - The app stays free with one small banner ad at the bottom of the History screen. The counting screen and Pace Mode never show one, so a nose tap never hits an ad - Where required (EEA and UK) a consent form asks for your ad choice first, and Settings gets an Ad privacy options row to change that choice later - On iPhone, the tracking permission prompt appears only after that consent step allows it - Sound effects no longer interrupt music playing from another app, and they follow the iPhone silent switch. Settings gets a Sound Effects switch if you prefer haptics only - First-launch setup now includes the daily reminder and can be skipped, and you can change your goal right from Home - The goal and reminder time in Settings now look like the tappable values they are - Settings has a Leave a review row
