FOR FAMILIES • Book childcare or pet care in seconds. Describe what you need in plain words and NannyFlow fills in the form. • Get matched with vetted caregivers from your agency, with a clear explanation of why each one fits. • See every booking at a glance: requested, confirmed, in progress, and completed. • Browse caregiver profiles, save favorites, and request someone you already trust. • Leave reviews, manage children and pets, and keep care notes and allergies on file so you never repeat yourself. FOR CAREGIVERS • Accept or decline new requests with one tap and see your upcoming schedule. • Set weekly availability and block time off from a calendar. You only receive requests inside your windows. • Check in and out of each shift and leave care notes for the family. • Track your earnings. • Ask the assistant to block off a day or answer a policy question. FOR AGENCY OWNERS AND STAFF • An operations dashboard with applications, caregivers, families, and anything that needs attention. • Review the application queue and approve, decline, or waitlist candidates. • Manage every booking, including bookings that still need matching. • Roster and family directories with search. ONE APP, MANY AGENCIES NannyFlow works with independent nanny and pet care agencies. Choose your agency when you open the app, or tap the invite link your agency sent you and go straight to their sign-in. Your agency's colors and name appear throughout. Membership and booking fees are set by your agency and shown before you confirm. Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Accounts are created by your agency or on their website. If you do not have one yet, ask your agency for an invite.
