About Tako
What’s new
Version 1.1.0 · Updated September 5, 2026
Places you want to visit are easier to find in this update. • Places filter: a new "Places" filter shows only saves with a place card, with a switch to see just the ones not yet added to your map • Copy from the place card: a "Copy name & address" button grabs both together, ready to paste anywhere • Save Google Maps links: share a place from Google Maps to Tako and the name and address are filled in for you, with a "Maps" badge and a one-tap way back to the place page • Copy everything: a new "Copy" button on the detail screen grabs the name, address, phone, hours and link in one go, ready for a friend or your notes • Tidier long posts: titles and summaries fold to a few lines, with a "Show more" tap when you want the full text • Polish: buttons and labels line up more neatly
