Hayward Lumber Exchange

The Lumber Exchange is a destination coworking experience on Main Street in Hayward, WI. Built so you never have to choose between the work you care about and the place you love. This app is your key. Book your spot before you walk in. Reserve a seat in the open work lounge, a dedicated desk, or a meeting room right from your phone, with real-time availability, so you always know what's open. No more hunting for a quiet corner with decent Wi-Fi. Stay close to the community. Browse the LX events calendar, from member gatherings to leadership breakfasts, and save your seat. Message other members, find out what the person at the next table is building, and let them in on what you're working on, too. That's where the real magic of this place lives: connection and community. Need help? Questions about your membership, booking, or the space? Our team is a message away. Whether you live here year-round, work from the lake past the weekend, or are just in town for the races and the trails, The Lumber Exchange is your home base in the Northwoods. Download the app to reserve workspaces, access local event listings, and connect with the community. Find your rhythm. Reimagine what a workday can feel like. We can't wait to welcome you in.
