About Alloro®
Alloro gives local businesses a clear view of how they are doing online, on the phone they already carry. Owners rarely have a spare hour at a desk. Alloro is built for the five minutes between jobs: open it, see what changed, deal with the one thing that matters, put the phone away. WHAT YOU SEE FIRST The Hub opens on the numbers that move: your rating against the average for your area, reviews that arrived this month, new enquiries waiting, and where you sit in local search. No configuration, no dashboard to build. It is the same view every time you open it, so you learn where to look. REVIEWS, ANSWERED Every Google review for every location, in one list, with the ones still waiting on a reply pulled to the top. Write a reply and post it without leaving the app. Reviews are one of the few things a business controls directly, and an unanswered one is visible to everyone deciding where to go. ENQUIRIES IN ONE PLACE Calls and web enquiries land in a single inbox with what the person asked about and when they got in touch. Nothing is lost between the front desk, the website form, and a voicemail nobody checked. WHERE YOU RANK, AND AGAINST WHOM A map of your area showing your business and the competitors near you. Tap any competitor to see their rating, their review count, and their position in local search next to yours. It is the question every owner asks about the business down the road, answered without guesswork. BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE LOCATION Switch between locations from anywhere in the app. Each one has its own reviews, its own enquiries, and its own local ranking, and the Hub can show you all of them. SUPPORT THAT KNOWS WHO YOU ARE Raise a question from inside the app and follow the answer in the same place. No support address to look up, no ticket number to keep somewhere. WHO ALLORO IS FOR Alloro is for local businesses already working with us — dental and orthodontic practices, and other local service businesses whose customers find them through local search. It is a business tool, not a consumer app: accounts belong to businesses, and you sign in with credentials your business already has.
