Roomailo

Roomailo replaces the scattered mix of apps, group chats, and memory that most flat shares rely on. Expenses, chore rotations with photo proof, a shared grocery list, and light coordination live in one calm, adult-toned app. No kid gamification, no paywall on the basics. CHORES WITH PHOTO PROOF No mainstream app makes it easy to prove a chore actually happened. Roomailo rotates assignments fairly across the household and asks for a photo when a chore is marked done, ending the did-you-actually-clean-it argument for good. Overdue chores surface automatically, and admins can verify or flag a completion with a note. FAIR, FAST EXPENSE SPLITTING Multi-way splits (equal, custom amount, or custom percentage) are resolved server-side so nobody is doing mental math. See running, pairwise balances, who owes whom, always current, and settle up in one tap. Every edit and delete is kept in history, nothing hidden. ONE SHARED GROCERY LIST Stop buying the same milk twice, or running out with no one noticing. Any housemate can add an item, anyone can check it off, and marking something purchased can log it straight into your shared expenses in one step. THE SMALL LOGISTICS Locked out, spare key under the mat. Rent is due Friday. The quick notes that get buried in a busy group chat get a home that is not an endless scroll, plus push reminders for what actually matters. BUILT FOR HOUSEMATE Roomailo is for housemates: flat shares, co-living, adult siblings, not families or couples. No stars, no streaks, no cartoon mascots. Calm, functional software, and no feature paywall on the basics: expenses, chores, and groceries are free for every housemate.
