Jeolloo is a journal for walking Korean Buddhist temples. It is not a place to rate temples or to show off. It is a place to write down which feeling stayed at which temple. ■ 1,050 temples on the map Browse every temple on a map or a list. Opened again months later, it takes you back to that courtyard. ■ Make your own pilgrimage Group temples for your own reason — "the road I walk with my father" — and that route becomes a filter on the map and the list. ■ Read about each temple A short note on when each temple was founded and what to look for when you get there, with directions and templestay booking one tap away. ■ The temple yard Bond with a temple and the notes other pilgrims left there come to you. Every record of your own carries a scope you choose: only me, people bonded to this temple, or everyone. There is no sign-up. We never ask for an email address, a password or a phone number. Opening the app creates a nameless account and gives you a pilgrim name. Records are kept on our server so they survive losing your phone, and anything you did not choose to share stays yours alone. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
