Recal - Earn Your Screen Time

Take back your time. Recal turns your daily movement into screen time, helping you spend less time scrolling and more time living. Instead of setting another screen time limit you’ll eventually ignore, Recal makes movement part of the equation. Walk, earn screen time, and build a healthier relationship with your phone. Your steps become time you can spend on the distracting apps you choose. RECAL PREMIUM A Recal Premium subscription unlocks Recal’s screen time earning and management features, including: • Walk to earn recreational screen time • Choose the apps you want to limit • Set your earning difficulty • Track your steps and earned time throughout the day • Use daily breaks when you need them • Take Rest Days without losing your streak • See how much time you’re taking back HOW IT WORKS Choose which distracting apps you want Recal to manage while keeping your essential apps available. Then move. As you walk throughout the day, Recal converts your steps into earned screen time based on the earning difficulty you choose. Use that time however you want. When your earned time runs out, your selected apps are restricted until you earn more. Need some flexibility? Recal includes features like daily breaks and Rest Days for the days when life doesn’t go according to plan. SEE YOUR TIME ADD UP Recal tracks more than steps. See your progress throughout the day and discover how spending less time scrolling could add up to months—or even years—of your life back over time. Your time is worth more than another scroll. Walk more. Scroll less. Live more. HEALTH & SCREEN TIME During setup, Recal asks you to select the apps you would like it to manage and grant the necessary Screen Time and Health permissions. Health and fitness data is used only to provide Recal’s step-based functionality and is not used for advertising or tracking. Recal Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Subscription options and applicable free-trial terms are displayed in the app before purchase.
