About NavRules

NavRules delivers important regulations, information and operational documents directly to the people who need them – securely, clearly and always up to date. In the application, users can find documents assigned for signature or for informational acknowledgement, while the organization gains a clear record of who acknowledged which version of a document and when. NavRules fulfils the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/1693 – a rule book not only for train drivers, but for all relevant staff. Important documents can be downloaded for offline use and accessed even without an internet connection. When a new version is released, the document is automatically updated after reconnecting to the internet and downloaded again for offline use. The application helps keep rules up to date, properly distributed and demonstrably acknowledged. As a result, it reduces administrative workload, supports safe operations and provides an audit trail for inspections. NavRules is part of the NavSuite ecosystem and is designed for organizations that want to keep their regulations and documentation under control.
