BondBuddy: Condition Report

Made for Australian renters, whether you're moving in or moving out. Moving into a rental? The condition report you file in the first week is the only evidence you have when your bond is on the line months later. BondBuddy walks you through it room by room. Mark each item Good, Fair or Damaged, photograph anything already worn or broken, and add a quick note. When you're done, export a clean PDF condition report and send it straight to your agent. WHY IT MATTERS Bond disputes come down to what you can prove. A dated photo of a scratched floorboard taken on day one is worth more than any argument at the end of the lease. Run an exit report when you move out and you have both ends covered. HOW IT WORKS - Add your property — address, state, entry or exit inspection - Choose rooms from ready-made checklists: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, laundry, garage, hallway - Tap a badge to mark an item Good, Fair or Damaged — no menus, no digging - Add photos, each stamped with the date and time it was taken - Add notes where something needs explaining - Export a professional PDF and share it with your agent BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN RENTERS The room checklists cover what agents actually inspect, and reports are laid out on A4.
