A RECIPE BOOK FOR THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD Keep every dish you cook in one shared library. Write a recipe, paste a link to a recipe page, or open one someone sent you from Nala. Sort recipes into collections, mark favourites, and scale any recipe up or down — every amount changes with it. Put a recipe on the meal plan, or send its ingredients to the shopping list in a tap. A LIST THAT SORTS ITSELF Type the way you'd say it. Nala reads the quantity, fixes the odd typo, and files each item under the right aisle. Add "2 lemons" and it lands under Produce, already counted. MEAL PLANS THAT SURVIVE REAL LIFE Drop meals onto days and drag them around when plans change. Attach a recipe and a note to any meal. Flag a meal as frozen and Nala reminds you the night before. KEEP TRACK OF THE CUPBOARD Count the cupboard, fridge and freezer. Run something down to zero and it's on the shopping list with a tap. Nala answers and acts through Siri, and your lists, meals, inventory and recipes turn up in Spotlight. Type or say several things at once — "eggs, bread and two milk" — and each lands on the list on its own. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Nala has no accounts, no analytics and no ads. Everything syncs through your own private iCloud, using Apple's CloudKit — we can't see any of it. Smart features use Apple Intelligence, on your device wherever possible, with no third-party services. NALA PRO Nala is free, and everything above stays free, including the recipe library, unlimited households and sharing with everyone you live with. Nala Pro is one optional payment that unlocks seven extras, for the lifetime of the app. No subscription: • Cook now — follow a recipe step by step with the screen kept awake, and step timers that ring like the Clock app and run on your Lock Screen. • Scan recipes — photograph a cookbook page and Nala reads the title, ingredients and method into a recipe, and lets you fix anything it got wrong. • Bring your recipes — move your collection over from Paprika, collections and photos included, or import recipes from PDFs. • Nutrition — calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving, worked out from each recipe's ingredients on your iPhone. • Siri & Reminders — two-way sync with Apple Reminders, so "Hey Siri, add milk to my shopping list" works everywhere, including HomePod. • Meals in your calendar — mirror the meal plan into its own calendar. • Talk to your list — say everything in one go, fix it as you talk ("actually, make that three"), and check it before it goes on the list.
