About Awareness to Action

Awareness to Action — Describe. Choose. Try. Review. PAID ACCESS REQUIRED The coaching tools, guided meditations, music and journalling features described below require a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. There is no ongoing free-access plan. A seven-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the selected subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. When you feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain, Awareness to Action helps you pause, understand what is happening and choose a practical next step. Describe your situation in your own words and receive a suggestion for an appropriate coaching tool or settling practice. Work through decisions, boundaries, difficult conversations, recurring patterns, routines and times when plans fall apart. The app responds to what you say rather than forcing you through a fixed questionnaire. Turn insight into action: • Choose a realistic next step • Save it in Evidence • Add an optional Accountability Buddy reminder • Return later to record what happened and what you learned • Keep private journal and Evidence of Change entries on your device Practice at your own pace with guided meditations, looping nature sounds, breathing support and original music by Abøn. Voice and text input are available across the coaching tools, with optional spoken responses. Awareness to Action is designed by Dr Nicholas Jenner, a therapist and coach with more than 20 years’ experience. It is an educational coaching and self-reflection app. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice or emergency support, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional care. If you may be in immediate danger or cannot keep yourself safe, contact your local emergency or crisis service. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

What’s new

Version 1.0.3 · Updated October 23, 2026

This update improves Evidence summaries and Pattern Mirror: • New results are brought into view with a clear saved confirmation. • If saving fails, you can retry without generating the result again. • Older weekly summaries and Pattern Mirror snapshots are now retained instead of being automatically removed when the history limit is reached. Your individual Evidence entries and coaching tools are unchanged.
