About Cadence Cue: Haptic Coach

A metronome tells you the beat. Cadence Cue tells you whether you're actually hitting it. Most cadence apps play a click and hope you keep up. Cadence Cue measures your real step rate while you run, compares it to your target, and shows you instantly: green when you're on cadence, red when you're off. When you drift, your Apple Watch gives you a quick haptic tap, so you can correct without looking down, without beeps over your music, and without breaking stride. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your target cadence in steps per minute (SPM). 2. Start your run on Apple Watch or iPhone. 3. Glance at your wrist: green means you're on target, red means you're off. 4. Feel a tap the moment you drift, then settle back into rhythm. WHY CADENCE MATTERS Cadence is the number of steps you take per minute. Many runners overstride at a low cadence: long, reaching steps that land out in front of the body. Coaches often recommend a slightly quicker, lighter step to improve running form and efficiency. The hard part isn't knowing your target. It's holding it once you're tired, distracted, or halfway through a playlist. That's what Cadence Cue is for. BUILT FOR THE WRIST - Live cadence on your Apple Watch, updated as you run - Clear on/off-cadence status you can read in a glance - Haptic feedback when you drift, so no sound is needed - Works with your music, podcasts, and audiobooks - (Optional:) Standalone on Apple Watch — leave your phone at home - iPhone app to set targets and review past runs TRAIN YOUR STEP RATE - Set any target SPM, from an easy jog to fast intervals - See how much of each run you spent on cadence - Track your average cadence over time - Nudge your target up a few SPM at a time instead of jumping to a number like 180 WHO IT'S FOR - Runners working on form, stride, or overstriding - Anyone whose coach or physio gave them a cadence target - Metronome users who want to know if they're actually matching the beat - Treadmill and outdoor runners, from first 5K to marathon PRIVACY Your run data stays on your device.
