Ultimate Coders

Ultimate Coders keeps you on top of your child's coding classes — schedules, absences, makeups and attendance, all in one place. Built for families enrolled at Ultimate Coders, the app replaces phone calls and email threads with a few taps. WHAT YOU CAN DO See the weekly schedule Your child's regular class days and times, plus every upcoming session, shown in your location's time zone. Report an absence in seconds Know your child is going to miss a class? Tell the school straight from the app — no phone call needed. Turn a missed class into a makeup A reported absence earns a makeup credit. Browse open slots at your location, see how many spots are left before you choose, and send your request. Keep track of makeup bookings Review pending, approved and past makeup requests, and cancel a booking if plans change again. Look back at attendance A clear record of the classes your child has attended. Manage more than one child Switch between your children — and between locations — without logging out. HOW IT WORKS Ultimate Coders is for families with an active registration at one of our locations. Sign up with the email address on your child's registration and your children are linked to your account automatically. Makeup requests are reviewed by the team at your location, and you'll be emailed as soon as a decision is made. ABOUT ULTIMATE CODERS Ultimate Coders runs in-person and online coding classes for kids across Canada, teaching real programming skills through projects children are excited to build.
