About MOTAR
Motar is a ride-hailing app for all of Afghanistan — from Kabul and Herat to Kandahar, Mazar-i-Sharif, and every province in between. Request a ride in seconds, agree on a fair price before you go, and travel with verified drivers. SIGN UP FROM ANYWHERE No office. No paperwork queue. Register right inside the app from wherever you are in the country — scan your e-Tazkira, confirm your details, and you're ready to ride in minutes. HOW IT WORKS • Set your pickup and destination. • Propose a fair fare — you and the driver agree the price up front. No surprises, no haggling on the street. • Get matched with a nearby driver and track them to you in real time. WHY MOTAR • Fair, agreed prices before every trip. • Verified, identity-checked drivers. • Live map and trip tracking. • In-app chat with your driver. • Safety tools and support when you need them. • Works in Dari, Pashto, and English.
