Judge My Landlord

Before you sign a lease, find out who you are actually renting from. Judge My Landlord is a review platform built by tenants, for tenants. Search any landlord, property, or address and read what the people who actually lived there have to say - about the repairs that never happened, the deposits that never came back, and the things no rental listing will ever tell you. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Search any address, landlord, or property management company - Read detailed reviews written by real tenants - See the "Would Rent Again" score before you commit - Compare ratings for responsiveness, property condition, fairness, value, and safety - Browse off-campus housing near your university - Find roommates who know what they are getting into - Write your own review, anonymously RATINGS THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING Every landlord is scored by former and current tenants across the categories that decide whether a year of your life is miserable or fine. You see the breakdown, not just a star count - so you know whether the problem is slow repairs, unfair charges, or something worse. READ IT BEFORE YOU SIGN, NOT AFTER Most people research a landlord after the lease is signed and the money is gone. A rental listing shows you the countertops. It does not show you the mold complaint, the withheld deposit, or the six months of unanswered maintenance requests. Judge My Landlord does. WRITTEN BY TENANTS, NOT MARKETERS Nobody pays to look good here. Reviews come from people who lived in the unit, and landlords cannot buy their way to a better score. YOUR PRIVACY You can post reviews anonymously. You control your profile, you can block other users, and you can delete your account and your data at any time from within the app. Renting is one of the largest recurring expenses of your life, and usually the least researched. Look them up first.
