Vietnam SideQuest: City Quests

Vietnam isn’t a checklist. Turn it into a real-world adventure. Vietnam SideQuest is a self-guided city game for travelers who want to notice more than the obvious. Choose a quest, walk to real landmarks, inspect the details around you, and complete challenges on location. PLAN A DAY THAT FITS • Tell Plan My Day how much time you have, choose your pace and interests, and get a realistic route plan. • See route time, approximate walks, breaks and spare time before you set out. • Replace or reorder suggested routes and save today’s plan. PLAY THE CITY • Follow curated walking routes through Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Nha Trang, Da Lat, and Phu Quoc. • Solve location-based clues and quizzes. • Complete photo and audio challenges. • Reveal concise Field Notes about each place as you progress. • Use a hint or safely skip a temporarily unavailable task without losing the route. • Prepare core route details for use when your connection is unreliable. MAKE THE TRIP YOURS • Earn XP and grow through explorer levels. • Unlock route and city badges. • Keep a travel journal with completed routes, Field Notes, and photos. • Sync your progress securely with Sign in with Apple. • See your current and upcoming stop with Live Activities. • Create a private SideQuest Together expedition and share progress with invited friends. FREE TO START Start with a complete free quest in every city. Traveler Pass is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium quests for 14 days and does not renew automatically. A Route Ticket permanently unlocks one premium route. Explorer Keys reveal optional hints. Purchases never change XP or badges. Go at your own pace and discover why each stop matters—not just where it is. Always follow local rules, opening hours, ticket requirements, weather conditions, and your surroundings. Some map details and final verification may require a connection. Do not use the app while driving.
