About RADAR – Family Phone Finder

Your phone is somewhere in the house. You just can't call it. RADAR turns your family's iPhones into a household radar. Every phone broadcasts a Bluetooth beacon - even locked, even in silent mode. When one goes missing, pick up any other family iPhone and track it hot-and-cold, like a Geiger counter: the gauge heats up, the ticks speed up, and when you're burning, one press of the big orange knob makes it ring at full volume. Right through the couch cushions. HOT-AND-COLD TRACKING A live gauge from COLD to BURNING, with Geiger ticks and haptics that accelerate as you close in. RING THROUGH ANYTHING A piercing alarm designed to cut through cushions - it rings even when the phone is on silent. DEAD BATTERY? THE LOG REMEMBERS Your household's phones quietly note when they last heard each other. If a battery dies, you'll know where to start looking. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No server. No location tracking. Nothing ever leaves your home - the phones talk directly to each other over Bluetooth. We collect no data, because there is nothing to collect. BUILT FOR HOUSEHOLDS Pair the family's iPhones once with a simple 4-digit code, shown on one screen and typed on the other. Only your household can see or ring your phones. When someone rings your iPhone, it tells you who. RADAR complements Apple's Find My: Find My tells you your phone is at home. RADAR tells you it's under THAT cushion.

What’s new

Version 1.1 · Updated September 20, 2026

Pairing now works in both directions, and a phone that joins a second household keeps the first: no more devices dropping off the home screen after a new pairing. - Send RADAR to the phone you want to add straight from the pairing screen — the message carries the link and your 4-digit code. - Long-press a module to unpair a device. - Names refresh on their own when someone renames their iPhone. - A phone that is deleted and reinstalled keeps its identity instead of appearing twice. - Connection time-outs, so a phone that walks out of range during pairing no longer blocks the next attempt.
