PRIVACY FROM THE START Records stay on the device you use and don't sync automatically between devices. Protect access with Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode, hide notification content, and create password-protected encrypted backups. When creating a session or later from its details, you can choose to add it to iPhone Calendar. Only a generic Session title and the schedule are shared; client names, clinical notes, and payment details are excluded. You can separately confirm updates or deletion of events added by the app. You can also link existing Apple Calendar events to sessions; the app does not change those events.
