World Dance Registry

World Dance Registry puts your entire dance event weekend in one app: your schedule, announcements, callbacks, results, orders, and more. Scan your event's QR code and its space opens right in the app, with everything about that weekend in one place. Stay in the know with a news feed carrying announcements, photos, and video from the event team, plus push notifications for the updates that matter and per-event notification preferences you control. The live event calendar gives you day-by-day schedule views that update in real time as things change. At events using Pro Score, the competition comes to you as it happens. Now Dancing shows the round in progress and who is on the floor. Callbacks gives you your official callback status seconds after the judges submit their scores. Final Results brings you the complete official results, including every judge's marks, the moment the event releases them. The rest of your weekend is handled too. My Orders keeps your passes, division entries, and assigned seat details at hand. Digital waivers let you read and sign your event waiver right in the app, with no clipboard and no line at the door. You can contact the event team directly for lost and found, medical, safety, and general requests, and Register Now takes you to the event's registration page in a single tap. Have a question about the weekend? Ask AI gives you instant answers about the event, its schedule, registration items and pricing, and sanctioning-body rules including WSDC, UCWDC, CSDC, USA Dance, and more. One download covers every event on your calendar. Each event gets its own branded space, and you only hear from the events you actually attend. World Dance Registry has powered registration and real-time digital scoring for the industry's most demanding events since 2007, and the app brings that same live data straight to the people on the floor. The app is free. Feature availability varies by event: organizers choose which features to enable, and live competition features require Pro Score real-time scoring at the event.
