Vantage Charge

Vantage Charge puts a complete EV charging network in your pocket. Find a charger nearby, scan the QR code, and start a session in seconds — then watch the power flow live and pay straight from your in-app wallet. Whether you drive a car or ride an electric two-wheeler, Vantage Charge covers the whole journey: locating an available connector, starting and stopping the session, and keeping a clear record of every kilowatt-hour you buy. FIND A CHARGER • Live map of nearby charging stations with real-time connector status — idle, in use, or out of service • Search by address and get one-tap navigation through your preferred maps app • Station details before you plug in: connector type, AC or DC, and the full price breakdown • Save the stations you use most to Favorites and start again from there START CHARGING IN SECONDS • Scan the QR code on the charger and go — no extra hardware needed • Or link an IC/RFID card and charge with a tap at supported units • Clear connector status at every step: Available, Preparing, Charging, Finishing • Stop a session from your phone at any time WATCH EVERY SESSION LIVE • Real-time power, voltage, current, energy delivered and elapsed time • Battery state of charge and estimated time remaining, where the vehicle reports it • If a session ends early, the reason is spelled out instead of left as an error code • Live cost so far, broken down into electricity, service fee and discounts BILLING YOU CAN CHECK • Itemised receipt for every charging session, kept in your order history • Occupancy fees shown up front: the free grace period after charging ends, the hourly rate, and the per-session cap • Occupancy charges recorded as their own orders, so you always know what you were billed for and why • Raise an appeal directly from an order if something does not look right WALLET AND PAYMENTS • Top up your in-app wallet once and charge without reaching for a card • Local payment methods including mobile money push — approve on your phone, then come back to the app • Every top-up, deduction and refund listed in a running balance statement • Balance shown before you start, so a session does not stop halfway SAVE MORE ON EVERY CHARGE • Membership plans that unlock a percentage discount on charging, paid from your wallet balance • Coupons claimed by code or QR scan, with minimum spend and validity shown clearly • Points earned from activity and referrals, redeemable against your charging bill — and they never expire • Charging packages for drivers who charge regularly • Refer friends with your personal code and earn rewards when they sign up MADE FOR DAILY USE • Sign in with email, Google, Apple or Facebook • Optional Face ID or fingerprint login for one-tap access • Manage your vehicles, including plate number and battery capacity • Manage IC cards — add, review and unbind whenever you want • English and Simplified Chinese interface • Service notices delivered in the app • Contact support from inside the app and follow up on your request BUILT TO STAY CONNECTED A charging session runs on a live link to the charger, and the app reconnects on its own when your signal drops. If a charger stops responding, you are told what is happening and what to do next, instead of standing beside a silent unit guessing. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Your account stays yours. Read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Process any time from Settings, and delete your account from inside the app if you decide to leave. Vantage Charge works with charging stations operated on the Vantage network. Availability and pricing are set by the station operator and always shown in the app before a session starts. Need help?
