Health Records • Record vitals, weight, conditions and injuries, with updates as they heal. • Log vet visits in one form: vaccines, Coggins, deworming, blood work and the cost. • Have the history ready when the vet asks. Appointments • Schedule the vet, farrier, dentist and bodywork, and get reminded. • Log how each visit went, and the cost goes to Expenses. Expenses • Track board, feed, vet, farrier and everything else, with totals by month and by horse. • Split shared costs across horses, so boarders and co-owners each see their share. Your Barn Team • Invite family, helpers and boarders. Each role sees only what it should: a boarder sees their own horses, a helper sees the feed board and today's chores. • Add emergency contacts with read-only access to health and contact information.
