Brim - Shopping Calculator

Know your total before you reach the register. Need to hit $50 for a coupon, or keep your groceries under budget? Brim is a shopping list and a calculator in one. Jot down what you plan to buy and what it costs, and your total updates as you go, sales tax included if you need it. Set a target and you'll see exactly how much is left. ■ The total adds up as you go Enter an item and its price, and the total updates. The checked amount shows right next to it. No calculator needed. ■ Set a budget, see how close you are Your budget shows as a marker on the gauge. Below the gauge, you also see how much you have left or how much you're over budget. Green means room to spare; orange means you're close to the line. Go over and the line glows red. Chasing a "spend $50, save $10" deal? Set $50 as your budget and fill up to the line. ■ A keypad that does the math Arithmetic keys and a discount % key are built in. Work out a 2-for-1 or 30% off right there. The return key takes you straight to the next row. ■ An entry order for every moment Item first when planning at home, one at a time while shopping, price first when sorting a receipt. One tap to switch. ■ Names you add often, one tap away As you type an item, names you've added before appear above the keyboard. Tap one to add it. ■ Show only what's left Checked items fold away, so you only see what you still need. ■ Start again from a past list Completed lists stay in History, where you can search by list or item name and edit a list you've completed. Open one and tap "Start new from this list" to reuse it. Start over without tapping Done, and your list isn't lost. Tap Continue to pick up where you left off. ■ Eight currencies supported Won (₩), dollar ($), euro (€), yen (¥), pound (£), yuan (¥), Mexican peso ($), and Brazilian real (R$). Decimal and grouping match each currency automatically. ■ Tax and tip, added in (optional) Where prices don't include tax, set a rate and Brim also shows an estimated total with tax added. Each list can keep its own rate. Eating out? Add a tip too: 15%, 18%, 20%, or your own. ■ Share the list Send your list to whoever's shopping with you. When they tap the link at the end, the list opens right in Brim. No app yet? The link helps them get it. ■ Pick up where you left off Close the app mid-shop, and your list is waiting on the home screen. One tap and you're back where you stopped. ■ No sign-up, stored on your device There's no account to create. Your lists stay on your device and are never sent to a server.
