When the app is closed, force-quit, or the system is saving power, replies and auto-send can be delayed or wait until you open Tandem again—think best-effort teammate, not a guaranteed 24/7 cloud worker. Notifications and Background App Refresh improve the odds but do not replace a hosted relay.
