How it works · Sound or Screen: tap Start translating sound or Start translating screen, tap Start Sharing in the iOS panel, then tap the empty space below it and switch apps. · Live: tap Start live translation and allow the microphone; Float it keeps subtitles over other apps. Before you buy · Requires an iPhone running iOS 26 or later. · Sound and Screen use iOS screen sharing, so a red status-bar indicator shows; that is standard iOS. The screen is recorded only when you record a clip, and clips stay in your Photos. · Sound and Screen can't run at once. Changing the spoken language means starting again. · If the app you are watching opens its own Picture in Picture, the subtitle window closes. · Transcripts are a Premium feature. Subscription terms · Monthly, yearly and one-time lifetime options are available. Prices are shown in the app. · The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you the day before. · Eligible new users can get the first month of the monthly plan at an introductory price; it then renews at the regular price. · Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
