Track-O-Tron

Track-O-Tron is a GPS track recorder that remembers exactly where you went. Tap Start, lock the screen, pocket the phone, and hike, drive, bike, ride, sky, fly. When you stop, you get the whole shape of the day: your route on a map, an altitude profile, a speed graph, and statistics that don't exaggerate. RECORDS LIKE IT MEANS IT • Keeps recording with the screen off, through every switchback • Pause for lunch, resume after — the gap isn't bridged and doesn't count as distance • If the app is quit mid-recording, your track survives and picks up where it left off • GPS noise is filtered before it becomes phantom mileage or imaginary climbing FOUR ACTIVITIES, HONESTLY LABELED Walk, run, bike, or drive — each with its own GPS tuning. Switch activities mid-track and the recording is truthfully labeled "Multi." Your drive icon can be a car. It can also be a galloping horse, a paper plane, or a tortoise. We don't judge. THE FULL REPORT Every saved track gets distance, moving time, average and max speed, pace, altitude profile, speed graph, and total ascent and descent. As the miles add up mid-trip, Track-O-Tron celebrates milestones worth bragging about: the length of the Golden Gate Bridge, the height of Everest, a full marathon, the edge of space. TAKE YOUR TRACKS ANYWHERE Export any track as a standard GPX file for Gaia, CalTopo, Strava, Garmin, or photo-geotagging tools. Your data is yours, in a format everything reads. MEASURE THINGS YOUR WAY Metric and Imperial, obviously. Also fathoms, furlongs, smoots, and giraffes. Choose wisely. PRIVATE BY CONSTRUCTION Your tracks are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no cloud, no third-party code. The only thing Track-O-Tron tracks is the trail. FREE. ALL OF IT. Every feature, unlimited tracks, no subscription, no purchases. The catch is that there is no catch. For iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
