ReadyList: Shared Checklists

ReadyList is the collaborative checklist app for whatever's next — vacations, weddings, moves, business trips, and any big group plan. Most shared to-do lists fall apart because everyone's staring at the same list, stepping on each other, with no idea who's actually done what. ReadyList fixes that: every person gets their OWN copy of the checklist, so you each check things off at your own pace — while everyone sees the shared progress in real time. WHY READYLIST • Everyone gets their own checklist — your progress is yours; no more overwriting each other • Live "who's ready" view — ticks appear on everyone's phone as they happen • Split what it costs — log who paid, split equally or by exact amounts, and see who owes who • Team chat — talk it through in a tab right beside the checklist, with threads for side conversations • Assign tasks — hand a task to a specific person so nothing falls through the cracks • Countdown to the day — every list is tied to a date, so deadlines stay front and center • Smart templates — start fast with ready-made lists for trips, weddings, moving, and more • Reminders — get nudged before things are due BUILT FOR REAL PLANS • Vacations & trips — packing lists, documents, bookings, and splitting what it all cost • Weddings — the hundred moving pieces, shared across the people helping • Moving — everything from utilities to boxes, split across the household • Business trips — travel, prep, and day-of, without the mental overhead • Anything custom — build your own from scratch SPLIT THE BILL, NOT THE FRIENDSHIP Add what you spent, choose who it splits between, and ReadyList does the arithmetic to the cent — equally by default, or with exact amounts for whoever had the expensive main. At the end it shows who owes who in the fewest payments possible. You can even split with someone who hasn't joined yet, and their expenses follow them if they sign up later. COMPLETELY FREE ReadyList is free to use — no purchases, no subscriptions, no credit card. Plan on your own or invite your whole group. Shared expenses is arithmetic only: ReadyList works out who owes who, and never moves money or handles payments of any kind. ReadyList also works on the web at getreadylist.app, and everything stays in sync across your devices. Get everyone actually ready — download ReadyList.
