Ella Daily Affirmations Widget

How many times a day do you talk yourself out of something good? Ella is a quiet place to practice the other voice — the one that backs you. Tell us what you're working on, and every day the app composes affirmations shaped around it: your goals, your name, your language. PERSONALIZED FOR YOU A short onboarding builds your feed from thousands of affirmations across 85+ topics — confidence, gratitude, calm, focus, love, sleep and more. In 14 languages, with your name woven into the words when you want it. REMINDERS THAT STAY GENTLE Choose your hours and how many. Affirmations arrive as quiet notifications through the day — present when you look, never demanding. WIDGETS FOR YOUR LOCK SCREEN Your daily affirmation where you'll actually see it. The widget is free with one topic and a new line every day. With Premium, customize topics, themes, refresh rhythm and buttons, or mirror the app exactly, in every widget style for the Home Screen and Lock Screen. GUIDED PRACTICE & NARRATION A slow breathing session with affirmations read aloud. Thousands of professionally voiced recordings follow your breath — in your language. STREAKS, FAVORITES & COLLECTIONS Keep a daily streak, save the lines that move you, organize collections, and write your own affirmations. THEMES & WALLPAPERS 201 themes — solids, gradients, silk, watercolor, photo scenes. Turn any affirmation into a wallpaper for your phone. WHY AFFIRMATIONS? Repeated, positive self-statements change how you habitually think. Practiced daily, they build self-esteem, quiet negative loops, and keep your focus on what you want to grow: confidence, gratitude, a calmer mind. A few minutes a day is enough to notice the shift. PRIVACY Your favorites, collections, the affirmations you write, your streak, reminders and themes stay on your device. When you start a 28-day plan, your first name, your goal and your setup answers are sent to Ella's server and an AI provider to write it; Reframe sends the sentence you type. See the Privacy Policy for details. ELLA PREMIUM One subscription unlocks every theme, topic pack, narration voice and widget style. Try it free.
