Balesin Key

Balesin Key is the official member app of Balesin Island Club - your private access to Balesin Island, Balesin City, and Balesin Pines. One membership. Three worlds. Now in your pocket. YOUR DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD Your Balesin Key travels with you. Your membership card lives in the app, secured behind a personal PIN - nothing to misplace, nothing to queue for at the front desk. SEAMLESS ARRIVAL WITH QR ACCESS Your personal QR code is scanned at entry points and outlets across all three properties, and refreshes daily for your security. Access follows your membership, so the right doors open at the right destination. INVITE YOUR GUESTS IN SECONDS Register your guests before they arrive and send them their own QR code by email or SMS - dated, and specific to the property they are visiting. Choose the destination, set the dates, and manage your guest list from your phone. LIVE CONCIERGE Message the Balesin team directly. Choose a topic, start a conversation, and get a reply from the department that can actually help - without a phone call. YOUR PROFILE, ALWAYS CURRENT Review your member details, keep your contact information accurate, and submit changes for approval. Your profile stays in step with Balesin’s membership records, so what you see is what the Club sees. FAMILY AND DEPENDENTS View the family members and dependents registered under your membership, in one place. CLUB ANNOUNCEMENTS Club news, property advisories, and member announcements, delivered straight to the app. ——— ABOUT BALESIN KEY Balesin Key is a private membership by Alphaland that opens three destinations.
