About Tinnitus Trigger Tracker

Tinnitus is different for everyone. Tinnitus Trigger Tracker helps you find your own pattern — how sleep, stress, noise exposure, caffeine, jaw and neck tension and everyday habits line up with the ringing you hear. WHY TRACK IT Tinnitus rarely changes at random. After a few weeks of daily check-ins, patterns start to surface: the loud days that follow short nights, the quieter stretches when stress drops. Tracking turns a vague "it's been worse lately" into something you can actually look at — and bring to your doctor. A CHECK-IN TAKES UNDER A MINUTE • Rate how loud it was and how much it bothered you • Tap the triggers that applied — poor sleep, high stress, loud noise, caffeine, jaw tension, neck tension, and more • Add a short note if you want to No long forms, no daily homework. YOUR HISTORY, IN ONE PLACE Every check-in builds a timeline you can scroll back through, so quiet and loud stretches sit next to what was going on in your life at the time. INSIGHTS FROM YOUR OWN DATA The app reads your entries and shows which triggers turn up most often on your louder days. These are your personal patterns, drawn from what you logged — not generic advice. REPORTS FOR APPOINTMENTS Turn your history into a PDF to bring to an ENT or audiologist, so the conversation starts with real records instead of memory. SET UP AROUND YOU Onboarding asks where you notice your tinnitus, what it sounds like, how long you have had it and how often it is there, so the app fits your situation from day one. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your check-ins live on your device. Sign in only if you want a cloud backup you can restore on a new phone. No ads, ever. Nothing sold to anyone. FREE AND PREMIUM The app is free to use: one check-in a day, seven days of history and the core trigger set. Premium unlocks unlimited check-ins and your full history, personal trigger and pattern analysis, PDF reports, the extended trigger list plus triggers you define yourself, and private backup and data export. Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
