Sermon Notes: Church Recorder

Record sermons, transcribe on your iPhone, and keep notes tied to the moments that matter with Sermon Notes. Built for one job: when the preaching starts, you press record — and it's safe. Audio is saved to your phone minute by minute as you record, helping preserve what you have captured if an interruption happens. RECORD & KEEP • Reliable capture — audio is saved to your phone in one-minute segments to help protect what you have recorded • Record offline — no signal needed in the sanctuary • Every sermon in one library — dated, titled, ready to replay TRANSCRIBED ON YOUR IPHONE • Full transcription happens on your device — the audio never leaves your phone • Transcribe offline after downloading Apple's speech model for your chosen language NOTES LOCKED TO THE MOMENT • Drop a timestamped note while recording or listening • Tap a note to jump straight back to that moment in the audio • Scripture references become links — tap "Philippians 4:13" in a note to open the verse TAKE IT ANYWHERE • Export to PDF, Word, Markdown, or plain text — clean documents that open anywhere • Share the original audio, untouched PRIVATE BY DESIGN Recording audio and your notes stay on your phone unless you choose to export or share them. Transcription happens on-device. If you enable Transcript Polish & Naming, transcript text is sent through our server to OpenAI to correct misheard words and suggest titles. Your church and denomination from setup provide context for corrections; naming also uses recording length and word count. This optional feature requires internet and can be turned off in Profile → AI & Privacy. Our server does not store transcript text. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention details. BIBLE TEXT World English Bible included worldwide; King James Version also included in the United States. SERMON NOTES PRO Sermon Notes requires Pro after onboarding: a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription covering all core features. Eligible new subscribers can receive a discounted first week on the weekly plan, followed by the regular weekly price. The yearly plan has no introductory offer. Current pricing is shown before any purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings.
