MEMORISE THE WAY A HAFIZ DOES Not one flat pile of due cards. Iqra keeps sabaq (today's new lesson), sabqi (recent, revised every day) and manzil (older, on longer intervals) apart, reviews them in that order, and drops a lapsed verse back a stage rather than punishing you for it. Miss a day and you lose nothing — there is no streak to break. Each verse goes up five rungs: listen, read along, fill the gaps, from memory, confirm. The app can also listen while you recite and show you which words came out and which were skipped.
