Customer preferences: View and edit budget, move-in date, and bedroom preferences. Changes update only the edited fields. Available units: Search units within the relevant customer or tour properties; filter by unit type and availability; view price, occupancy status, and snapshot time. Agent availability: View, create, edit, and cancel availability windows, including property and time zone information. Inbox and task improvements: Role based initial filters, preserved deep-link destinations, due-task reminders, and outstanding reply information. Messaging: File attachments and previews, email CC, quick replies, AI assisted drafts, saved message drafts, and an offline send queue. Customer and property details: Filter customers by owner; view property photos and listing links; select a customer’s preferred unit or room; share property and unit information. Tours: List, day, week, and month views; rescheduling and cancellation; follow-up emails; reminder and confirmation settings. Human calls: Foreground incoming-call controls, DTMF, Android speaker control, and call and missed-call history. Copilot and settings: Restore conversations within the selected tenant, stop a request, edit profile details, view notification history, and retain supported settings after an app restart. Permissions and reliability: Additional checks for protected actions, improved cross-page data refresh, and a fix for settings that previously reset on native app restart.
