No key, no AI features — everything else works exactly the same either way, and nothing is ever sent anywhere until you choose to use one of these features. A MORNING NUDGE, IF YOU WANT ONE Answer "What could we have done better?" during a nightly review, and get a quiet reminder the next morning to come back to it — just a nudge, with nothing shown on the lock screen. YOUR DATA, ON YOUR DEVICE Everything you log stays on your phone. There's no account, no sign-in, and no server run by this app. Export your full log to a file whenever you want, and import it back in on another device. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Nothing you write ever leaves your device unless you actively use an AI feature — and even then, it goes straight from your phone to Anthropic's API, never through, and never retrievable by, the developer.
