Tentome

Tentome is a offline-first point-of-sale system built for restaurant and retail owners who need real control over their outlets and their data without hardware lock-in. Manage tables and seating, track pax/headcount, and switch cleanly between dine-in and takeaway order types. Browse your menu or catalog by category, build the cart, and apply modifiers and item options exactly the way your kitchen or shop needs them. Check out with flexibility. Split bills, accept multiple payment methods, and process refunds and voids cleanly, with a full record of every action. Print customer receipts and kitchen dockets straight to your existing ESC/POS hardware or receipt thermal printer. Tentome connects to Sunmi and thermal printers over local network, so tickets reach the kitchen the moment an order is placed. See what's actually happening in the business with sales, item, sales-category, membership, and dispute reports, built for owners and managers who don't want to export to a spreadsheet to understand their day. Tentome is built for multiple outlets and multiple staff. Operator and cashier accounts keep every outlet's team separate and attribute every action to the person who performed it. Because Tentome is offline-first, orders and payments keep working even when your internet doesn't — everything syncs automatically once you're back online. Tentome is available in English, Malay, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Tentome is subscription-based, managed outside the app.
