ZickZak: Hire by Video

A résumé says where you worked. Thirty seconds of you says whether someone wants to work with you. ZickZak is hiring built around short video. Candidates record an intro reel instead of writing another cover letter. Recruiters watch, shortlist, and book the interview — without leaving the app. FOR JOB SEEKERS • Record a 30-second intro reel and let people hear you, not just read you • Add your skills, experience, salary expectation and a CV if you want one on file • Swipe through roles the way you'd scroll anything else on your phone • Apply in one tap and track every application from submitted to offer • Message recruiters directly — no black-hole inbox • Free. All of it. FOR RECRUITERS • Post roles with a video and reach people who'd never send a cover letter • Review candidates as a queue, not a spreadsheet • Shortlist, pool and move people through a hiring pipeline • Download CVs and share candidates with your team INTERVIEWS THAT ACTUALLY GET BOOKED • Send a few time slots and let the candidate choose one • Every interview lands on both calendars, in each person's own timezone • A video room is created for you, or attach your own Zoom or Meet link • Reminders before it starts, so nobody forgets YOUR SIDE OF IT, YOUR CONTROL • Report a reel, a profile or a conversation — every report is reviewed • Block anyone. They disappear from your feed and your messages, and you from theirs • Delete your account from inside the app. Your profile, videos, files and messages go with it Questions: [email protected] Privacy: https://www.zickzak.com/privacy
