CleanQ: STR Cleaning

CleanQ turns your booking calendar into a cleaning schedule that runs itself. Connect the iCal link from Airbnb, VRBO or Booking and CleanQ creates a cleaning job after every guest checkout, assigns it to your cleaner and tells you the moment something needs your attention. No more spreadsheets, no more group chats, no more "did anyone clean 2B?". FOR PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS • Automatic cleanings — one job per checkout, created from your calendars • Same-day turnovers flagged, so a checkout and a check-in on the same day never gets missed • Double-booking alerts when the same cleaner is scheduled twice on one day, with one-tap reassignment to a backup • Today view — how many cleanings are done, in progress or pending, at a glance • Photo evidence of every cleaning, stamped with date, time and location • Rate each cleaning and build a reputation score for your team • Share a cleaning record with a private link — useful for damage claims • Deadline alerts before the next guest arrives FOR CLEANERS • Your schedule, day by day, with the address and access notes for each home • Start and finish each cleaning with one tap • Take the evidence photos the owner asked for, straight from the app • See your history, your hours and your ratings • Chat with the owner without giving out your phone number BUILT FOR BOTH LANGUAGES Every screen works in English and Spanish. Switch any time from your account. WHAT YOU NEED A CleanQ account and, for automatic cleanings, the iCal link of your listing (Airbnb, VRBO and Booking all provide one). You can also add cleanings by hand. CleanQ is free. No ads. No in-app purchases. Questions?
