About LTS Athletics
LTS Athletics turns your sleep, blood work, meals, workouts and habits into four scores and one list a day. Your blood panel is graded against optimal ranges. Your watch shows live heart rate and counts caffeine, nicotine and water with one tap. And every 30 days you get a health report you can hand your doctor. YOUR BLOOD WORK, GRADED Photograph or upload any lab report. LTS reads 52 markers, grades each one optimal, average or out of range, keeps every draw, and shows which way each marker moved. Unknown markers are kept as printed. Nothing here is medical advice: go through the results with your doctor. FOUR HEALTH SCORES Blood and heart, sleep, nutrition and training, each scored from your last 30 days with what is going well and the one or two things worth changing. ON YOUR WRIST Live heart rate, START WORKOUT and one-tap caffeine, nicotine and water on the face. Swipe for today, last night, this week and this month, including a blood panel quick view. Needs an Apple Watch on watchOS 10 or later. A HEALTH REPORT YOUR DOCTOR CAN READ 30, 90 or 180 days on one page: sleep, heart, blood pressure, labs, training, food. Print it for the visit. ONE LIST A DAY Sleep, steps, meals, workout and stand on six tiles with one goal. Pass the day and your level moves with you. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Calories and macros from a photo, a barcode, a search or a sentence. Ate something else? Log it and still earn points. Workouts from the gym floor, GPS runs and rides, classes and sports, with volume per muscle every month. Alcohol, nicotine, sugar and caffeine counted honestly, with a taper pace and what each one does to your sleep. MEALS AND SWEET TREATS 900 recipes sized to your calories, with allergen and diet filters, across 3, 4 or 5 meals a day. Your shopping list follows your portions, and your targets update from your weight, waist and strength. Add a dessert to any day and the meals resize around it, or tap Fit my day to have LTS pick meals that land your macros. Sweet Treats are single-serve desserts with at least 12 g of protein. WORKS WITH Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura and Strava. WHERE THE LADDER ENDS, LEVEL 10 By Level 10 you own 19 daily habits: out of bed at a set time, 30 minutes outside, 24 oz of water in 2 hours, no caffeine after 11 AM, a 60-minute workout, a 10-minute walk after lunch, healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, your protein goal, 5 minutes of breathing, NSDR or a nap, sunset light, no phone an hour before bed, a cool dark bedroom, in bed by your set time, reflection and tomorrow's goals. Join the 6-Week Thanksgiving Wellness Challenge (U.S., 18+, details at @ltsathletics) and every feature is free through November 22, 2026. What’s new
Version 2.1.2 · Updated November 6, 2026
Dessert first: add a dessert to any day in your plan and that day's meals resize around it. Tap Fit my day and LTS picks meals that land your calories, protein, carbs and fat. Recipes and your grocery list follow Meals per day: LTS recommends 3, 4 or 5 based on your calories and protein, splits your targets evenly and sizes every recipe to fit. Change it in Profile Auto-adjust: every 4 weeks your weight, waist and strength can move your calories, within safety limits. It always shows what changed, and you can turn it off Weekly read: one line in Weigh-in shows your waist, strength and weight for the month and what they mean Calorie floor: targets stay above a safe minimum unless you type your own Allergens: diet picks like Nut-free and Gluten-free now hide those meals everywhere, and your allergen choices follow you to a new phone Build a meal: add more than one protein and carb, add veggies, and a Next button on the cooking step Macro bars: silver on the way, LTS blue at your goal, red only well over it Fixes: one tap opens any text field, a portion change stays on the meal you changed, and I ATE THIS counts a planned meal Meals: 185 new breakfasts, from Greek yogurt bowls and protein pancakes to egg plates and 54 vegan options Treats: a new Meals category with 108 single-serve desserts, each with at least 12 g protein and at most 6 g added sugar Snacks and treats: one serving for everyone, marked FITS when one fits your macros and leaves room for your protein Allergens: 19 existing meals now also list soy or gluten Apple Watch: caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and water now have a + and a - button, one tap each. Press and hold and UNDO are gone Apple Watch: touches on a dimmed screen, or right as you raise your wrist, are ignored Apple Watch: every change is kept on your watch and sent to your phone, and both settle on the same count once LTS has opened on your phone Saving: changes save one at a time and keep trying after bad signal, and signing out warns you if something has not saved yet
