About A List POS
A List brings point-of-sale and everyday shop operations together on your iPhone. It connects to your provisioned business workspace. An activation code and assigned staff PIN are required. SELL AND TRACK SALES Create sale invoices, receipts, quotations, sale orders and returns. Find products quickly, build a cart and keep track of payments. MANAGE PRODUCTS AND STOCK Organize products, categories, prices and units. Track inventory across warehouses, including batches, expiry dates and serial tags where enabled. KEEP BUSINESS RECORDS TOGETHER Manage customers and suppliers, review balances, record purchases and expenses, and track cash and bank ledger entries. SEE YOUR SHOP ACTIVITY Review dashboards, reports, statements and transaction history to understand day-to-day operations. PRINT AND SHARE Scan product barcodes with the camera. Print receipts and labels using compatible Bluetooth or local-network printers, and share generated business documents. An internet connection is required to access and update business data. Available features depend on your shop configuration, service plan and staff permissions. Hardware such as printers is optional and sold separately.

1.7 — Sale orders, A4 and A5 documents, and features that follow your plan • Sale orders: a product set to Select lot is marked in the search and sold from New Sale, where its lot is picked. An order that can't become an invoice or a delivery stays on screen with the reason. All Transactions lists sale orders and can show them alone. • Documents: invoices and quotations print on A4 and A5 pages in the shop's sheet format, with the letterhead, the customer panel, the item table and the amount in words; the delivery note has an A4 page too. Quotations and proforma invoices need a customer and print no payment or balance lines. • Receivables can be sorted with the oldest debt first and show since when each customer owes. • Purchase orders: New item creates a product without leaving the order. A cancelled order reads Cancelled on the supplier's page. • Transfers pick the item's variation. Create Transfer searches as you type and adds a line with each tap. • Fixed assets: appreciate or depreciate an asset by an amount or by its new value, with a dated value history. Edit an asset, and see each asset on the Balance Sheet. • Settings: one switch per setting. Barcode Scanning and Packaging Flow are single switches, and Tax Included in Price opens Tax Settings. • Features follow the shop's plan, and a locked one names the plan that includes it: Packaging Flow from AList Professional, Attendance with PIN from AList Business Plus, Payroll, Bundles, Waybill Printing and more. Manufacture and Recipe show only to staff who may manufacture. • Pull to refresh keeps the page on screen on more lists and details. • At checkout, Payment Method and Customer Pays In are drop-down lists. Packaging can be filtered by warehouse. Select User refreshes itself, and an Owner can unattach the shop from this device with their PIN. • Fixes: tapping + no longer closes the app for a Finance user, tapping More again scrolls back to the top, long names take two lines, and a new item starts as the type the shop's Item Settings allow.
