About SoloTool Pro

Add line items by voice, get a suggested description for any line item, see today's jobs on your Home Screen, and jump straight to common tasks from the app icon. ADD ITEMS BY VOICE On an estimate, tap the mic and say what the job needs — "ten 2x4s, four sheets of drywall and a box of screws." Your iPhone turns your voice into text on the device, and SoloTool Pro splits it into separate line items with quantities. You review every item before it's added — split one into several or merge two — then price them from your price book. SUGGESTED DESCRIPTIONS Tap Suggest description on a line item for a short description of the work your customer can read. Your own price book is used first. Suggestions are marked and stay editable, and Undo puts back what you had. EASIER LINE ITEM EDITING On estimates, change orders and invoices you build yourself: swipe left on an item to delete it, tap Reorder to change the order, and tap Add from price book to add a saved item in one tap. TODAY'S JOBS WIDGET Add the Today's Jobs widget to your Home Screen, in small or medium, to see today's schedule at a glance. On a day with nothing booked, it shows what's next. Showing what customers still owe you is optional — turn it on in Settings. QUICK ACTIONS Press and hold the app icon for New estimate, Add receipt, Job photo and Add project. FIXES • Events on the same day are now listed in time order everywhere, not in the order they were added. • Line items without a price now say "No price set", and you're asked to confirm before sending an estimate or invoice that has them. • Picking a saved item no longer resets a quantity you've already changed.
