Guided sessions, sleep stories, music, layered sleep sounds, breathing exercises, a sleep tracker and a parent-controlled kids mode, all in one calm corner of your evening. CalmCarry is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. HOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR DEVICE Switch on your CalmCarry by holding the side button for about five seconds, and start on the lowest level. Rest it in the centre of your palm with your fingers loosely closed: a soft, steady pulse, like a tiny heartbeat. Then open the app and choose a session. The device works perfectly on its own. The app is an optional way to go deeper. In the morning, see a score out of 100, how long your room was quiet, short clips of snoring or talking you can play back, and estimated sleep stages. Recordings stay on your phone, and you choose how long they're kept. The score and stages are estimates from sound, not a medical measurement. ASK CALMCARRY Type or say what you need, like "rain for an hour" or "remind me at 9:30", and Ask CalmCarry finds it, plays it or sets it for you. It only ever picks something from inside the app, and it never writes replies of its own. COMMUNITY A kind, moderated space for grown-ups to share how evenings and nights are going. Adults only, text only, and every post is checked before it appears. A SAFE SPACE FOR LITTLE ONES Kids Mode sits behind a parent PIN.
